GOING TO THE NATIONS
Peter and Rachael Bosma
Joshua, Nathan, Leanna and Shalese
GATHERING October, 2010
A few weeks ago Rachael walked into our daughter’s room, and our 6 yr old turns her head and says “I have water in my eyes.” “Are you feeling sad?” Rachael asked. She responded with “Yes because my friend Katie won’t be coming to Thailand with us!” Reality is hitting this month as time gets closer, of what we are leaving behind. We have been gathering our thoughts about uprooting and going overseas. The September holidays have been a great opportunity of meeting with Missionaries via conference, email, Skype and in person. We have gained more information regarding the role we hope to fill in Chiang Mai. We have been constantly reminded of the importance of the role of Dorm Parents. It is vital, so that Missionary families on the field can continue with their work, knowing that their children can gain a quality education and be well cared for, without having to return home.
