tea party fun

The girls had lots of fun sharing a tea party together, with a yummy rice bubbles treat with a jaffa 'cherry' on top. Shalese enjoyed pouring the tea (cold milk) and suger (drinking Chocolate) and leanna made me a yummy cup of 'tea' as well. Lovely host Leanna! Washing up was in order to, as it is all part of hosting a party! Bucket of bubbles and water was supplied! (saved mummy a job too!!!)

Christmas

JB fell asleep with his santa hat on!
Christmas princesses! Nathan kindly gave the girls a crown as a gift.

Nathan enjoying opening his gifts

We celebrated Jesus' birthday with Nana and Pop. They camped out the front of the house in their caravan, and joined us for a summer aussie lunch and gift giving. It was a lovely day of sharing and caring.

Postie Pete for real

Pete and his crew are on a trial run for the new safety colours! They decided to scrap the flag idea yesterday, so enjoy it while it lasts! Pete is not sure of the reason, but maybe it could be that grown Aussie blokes didnt want to be seen dead with a bicycle flag in tow! The new colour is extremely bright! Pete's face is aglow when he walks through the door and I don't think its because he missed us so much!

Merry Christmas everyone

Attack of the Postie Pam Lady!
Mmm not sure what to think of this man!? He looks real but whats with the beard!

Peter had his family fun day for work on the weekend, and the children got to see santa and postie Pete (the redpostbox man - pete was asked to dress as postbox pete but wanted to spend the day with us instead! ahhh thats so nice! - it wouldnt have been that he had to wear tights and goof around in 35 degree heat!) We enjoyed the dodgem cars, ferris wheel and the free icecream and cold drinks the most! Hope everyone has a beautiful and cheerful Christmas and a gorgeous new Year!

Fathers Night at Prep

Leanna and Daddy had a wonderful time at Prep, having a treasure hunt by night with torches, and making what they found into a craft activity. Having a lovely talk by the teacher about taking risks as Dads, and eating very yummy supper together!

Latest addition to our family

We have taken on a new member and loving it (to death!!!) What great timing for us, the girls are having lots of fun with the puppy. I couldnt find pup the other day, and wandered into the girls room to find...... It was very happy and asleep, it was even getting rocked! I am waiting for the day that it will come out in a dress, and considering it is a boy I am not sure how Bubbles the Pup will like it!

Garage sale day!

We have moved in and slowly feeling like home. The pool is a big hit, morning and night! Riding to school in 8 minutes is a bonus, except we are all trying to beat the record each morning! Garage Sale went well, and the boys had their own table of goods to sell. We have sold the left over things on ebay! Lots of fun all round!

JB Graduation

Having Bosma as a last name is very convienent! Josh got to go first up on the stage out of all the year 6's! "I got it over and done with" said JB. Well done Josh we are very proud of you and excited for you as you step into a new part of your life.

sprung!

Once upon a time 2 little girls told their mummy and Daddy that they have eaten all their dinner. After three days mummy caught the two little girls scrapping their plates to make dinner disappear! The End (of that idea!).

creative minds

Josh was busy turning nathan into a robot out of empty boxes, and the girls played with their "sky blue playdough" we cooked just for the holidays. We loved doing drawings and colouring too!

Nathan stamps into action

Thank you to Oma and Aunty Anita for my beautiful collection of stamps and Album. I am filling my album up fast! My favourites have been from indonesia and Holland. My shirt from the Killows was such a hit that mum had to bribe me to take it off to wash it after 3 days! Thanks for all your thoughtfulness!

Josh's Great Scrabble word

Josh and Mum were playing Scrabble together in the caravan, on our recent holiday. He created the work Queen, with double word score and double letter score on his Qu! We thought oma and Omi would be very impressed!

Happy Birthday Nathan!

Nathan celebrated his birthday with a Pizza, paddlepop, pinata park party 3 weeks ago with school mates, it was lots of fun! On the 22nd of September, we had a family party of our own! Leanna's achievements!

Leanna recieved her silver certificate for good behaviour at school, and she won fourth place in her athletics 100m race. "I would have gone faster mummy, but i didn't want my hat to fall of" is what she said to me when she finished her race! Well done my beautiful girl, we are very proud of you running so fast, and with your hat still on your head!!!:>

Beauty and brains

Shalese likes to wear her "sunglasses" just like mummy! I don't think these pretend glasses keep out much sun Shalese, but they play the part!

Hot enough for the beach!

We all had a lovely time at Wellington Pt. 33 degree heat warrented a visit to the beach! Back down to 22 today!

We visited Cleveland Point where we saw the ship being used for the next Narina film by C.S. Lewis. They start filming on the 1st of September. It set up on hydrolics, therefore rocks back and forth and side to side! Thought the Killow Children would enjoy these photos!
